I am David Dennen. I served in the Navy, I have been an engineer my whole working life, and a lot of that was spent as the person who had to answer for what happened on somebody else's network. My own company runs on OwnCharter while I build it, and the ledger on this page is the record as it stands, broken entries included.
Why I built this
The first time, it was the internet. I was on the side that had to answer for it: the firewall, the content filter, the logging, the reports somebody read on Mondays. It held for a while. Then everyone brought a phone to work and the technical answer ran out. What was left was a paragraph in a handbook and a director who still had to explain what happened on his network.
That is not a market observation. It is the job I actually had.
It is happening again, in a bigger way, with something that does not just move data but acts. That is the whole reason I built this.
Built in the open
I run my own governed agent operation on OwnCharter, every day, with my own company on the line. No demo accounts, no staged screenshots. If a gate rule is wrong, it stops my work first. If something breaks, it breaks on me first.
The build runs under the same law the product sells. Nothing that builds a thing is allowed to approve it, or to report its own success. Every check in the build has a failure planted in it that it has to catch, because a check that cannot fail is not a witness.

BizToCloud is my practice. It implements and continues work for businesses, delivered on OwnCharter. The tool stands on its own problem. The practice is how I carry that work into a business.
